Lemon Tree Hotel, Ahmedabad

I recently stayed at the Lemon Tree, and I have to say, the staff here really made the trip for me. From the second I walked through the door, the reception team was incredibly welcoming—not just efficient, but actually friendly and easy to talk to. It’s those small, genuine interactions at the front desk that make a stay feel more like a home and less like just another hotel room. Every staff member I ran into seemed to genuinely care about making sure I was comfortable. Whether I needed an extra towel or a quick directions, they handled it with a "can-do" attitude that you just don't see everywhere. The only real downside for me was the food. If you’re a non-veg lover, you might find the options a bit lacking. The menu is definitely leaning more toward vegetarian dishes, and while what I had was tasty, I really wished there were a few more meat or fish options to choose from during dinner. Overall, the stellar hospitality more than made up for the limited menu. If you value great service and a warm atmosphere, this is a fantastic spot. I’ll definitely be back, though I’m crossing my fingers for a few more non-veg items on the menu next time

Quite a decent property Located 26 mins away from Airport. Experienced a warm welcome by Ms. Ritu and her team and had a seamless check - in experience. The rooms are cozy and well lit with a quick air-conditioning despite being switched off till guest entry signifying good AC maintenance and clean filters. The washrooms that determine the hygiene standars were super clean without any spot of mildew, which is difficult to find in many hotels of this standard. The green marble complements well with the lighting when maintained clean. It is appreciated that ample efforts are made by thepropertyt in Saving Water by using recycling water for the flush. However, attention is invited for appropriate treatment to address the after effects of flushing which develop a filthy stain after a while, thus demeaning your effortsand giving a feeling of compromised hygiene which is far from reality. Housekeeping services are quick and laundry services are of good quality. Gym though small is sufficient for a good workout. Had a good dinning experience at the Citrus Cafe Ms. Simran was a great host. In closing would like to than Devika & Muzarrudin for a good checking out experience.

The staff was incredibly attentive—my room was cleaned promptly every morning with meticulous attention to detail, from neatly arranging amenities to restocking toiletries and refreshing the linens. Requests for extra towels and a late check-out were handled efficiently and with a friendly smile, no delays or hassle. The team maintained a respectful balance of being available yet unobtrusive, making the stay feel comfortable and convenient.
